The Hollywood Regency Style main house by historic 20th century architect, Paul Williams, was sensitively restored to its original form. 

A new pool house, designed to evoke the clients’ childhood memories of vacationing in Deauville, France, maintains the style of the main house while complimenting its detailing and character.

Incorporating a guest suite, entertainment room, bath, and dressing room, the pool house provides visitors with an elegant retreat while maintaining a buffer of privacy from the main house.
